A.  Overview

The STM32F405xx and STM32F407xx series operate in the temperature range from-40 °C to + 105 °C and supply voltages from 1.8 to 3.6V. When the device uses an external power monitor to operate in the temperature range of 0 to 70 °C, the power supply voltage can be reduced to 1.7 V: see section: internal reset off. A comprehensive set of power-saving modes allows the design of low-power applications. The STM32F405xx and STM32F407xx series offer devices in a variety of packages ranging from 64pin to 176pin. The set of peripherals included varies depending on the selected device.
