1. Within 30 days from the date of placing the order, if you find that the part number is wrong after receiving the goods, the goods are damaged or the goods are missing, you can submit an application for return, exchange or replenishment with relevant evidence;

2. If there is a quality problem, please submit the relevant test feedback report within 90 days from the date of placing the order. After further inspection and confirmation by the ANSC online mall, it is confirmed that there is a quality problem before entering the return and exchange process;

3. For all products involved in return and exchange, please be sure to keep the complete original packaging and goods labels.

Please note that we cannot refund you in the following situations:

1. Any product not sold in the ANSC Online Mall;

2. Quality disputes caused by failing to submit relevant valid testing certificates;

3. Any used goods, except for quality problems;

4. Any product with quality problems caused by abnormal use and storage;

5. From the date of order, within 30 days for non-quality problems and 90 days for quality problems, if the customer has no objection to the product, the default product fully meets the requirements.
