ADG623BRMZ Overview
Shipping overseas is convenient with the electronic component packed in 10-TFSOP, 10-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width). High reliability is provided by advanced packaging method Tube. In Surface Mount, this analog switch is mounted. Multiplexers and demultiplexers have a ratio of 1:1. Temperatures around -40°C~85°C TA are extended for operation. Total terminations are 10. High-quality output is provided by the electronic component's 2 channels. If the voltage supply is 5V volts, the electrical component should be turned on and run. The electronic part body is injected with 10 pins. A SPST - NO/NC switching circuit is used to build these analog multiplexers. Try searching with ADG623 if you're looking for variants. There is 5.5Ohm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. For functions related to 10 pins, please refer to the datasheets. A voltage higher than 5.5V should not normally be supplied to the switches. 2.7V should be the lowest voltage fed to the electronic component. If put voltage greater than 5.5V on the multiplexer, damage may be caused to the device. If you are using dual power supplies, you should attach at least 2.7V. The analog switch ic utilizes SEPARATE OUTPUT outputs in total. 5V operating voltages are supported by the electronic component. A 230MHz-bandwidth can be used for data transfer.
