Purpose
Various flame and fire source detection
Module features
1. Can detect flames or light sources with wavelengths ranging from 760 nanometers to 1100 nanometers. The lighter tests flames at a distance of 80cm, and the larger the flame, the farther the test distance
2. Detection angle of around 60 degrees, particularly sensitive to flame spectra
3. Sensitivity adjustable (blue digital potentiometer adjustment in the figure)
4. Comparator output, clean signal, good waveform, strong driving capability, exceeding 15mA
5. Equipped with adjustable precision potentiometer to adjust sensitivity
6. Working voltage 3.3V-5V
7. Output format: Digital switch output (0 and 1)
8. Equipped with fixed bolt holes for easy installation
9. Small PCB size: 3.2cm x 1.4cm
10. Using a wide voltage LM393 comparator
Module usage instructions
1. Flame sensors are sensitive to flames and also respond to ordinary light, and are generally used for flame alarms and other purposes.
2. The output interface of the small board can be directly connected to the IO port of the microcontroller
3. The sensor should be kept at a certain distance from the flame to avoid damage from high temperatures. The flame distance for testing lighters is 80cm, and the larger the flame, the farther the testing distance
