Product Features

A、 Dark current and dark resistance: The current flowing through a photoresistor under a certain applied voltage when there is no light irradiation is called dark current. The ratio of applied voltage to dark current is called dark resistance;

B、 Sensitivity: Sensitivity refers to the relative change between the resistance value of a photoresistor when not exposed to light (dark resistance) and when exposed to light (bright resistance).

C、 Voltage current characteristic curve. The volt ampere characteristic curve is used to describe the relationship between the applied voltage and photocurrent of a photoresistor. For photosensitive devices, the photocurrent increases with the increase of the applied voltage.

D、 Temperature coefficient. The photoelectric effect of photoresistors is greatly affected by temperature, with some photoresistors exhibiting higher photoelectric sensitivity at low temperatures and lower sensitivity at high temperatures.

E、 Rated power. Rated power refers to the power allowed to be consumed by a photoresistor in a certain circuit. When the temperature rises, the power consumed decreases.
