In the FBGA package, you will find fpga chips. The FIELD PROGRAMMABLE GATE ARRAY-series of FPGAs are composed of this type. The device has 182 I/O ports for more coherent data transfer. A fundamental building block contains 8256 logic elements or cells. In order for the device to operate, a supply voltage of 1.2V volts needs to be provided. This FPGA module embeds a memory of 20.3kB available for storing programs and data. Its architecture is based on 516 CLBs. A frequency of 402.58MHz provides high efficiency. It can take a maximum of 1.25V as the supply voltage. With a minimum supply voltage of 1.15V, it is able to function. In this case, the maximum speed of the FPGA is approximately 260MHz. Additionally, this feature is also known as ALSO REQUIRES 3.3 SUPPLY, which is one of its main characteristics.
