Product Descriptions
The SC92F8545/8542 (hereinafter referred to as SC92F854X) series is an enhanced ultra high speed 1T 8051 core industrial grade Flash microcontroller, with an instruction system fully compatible with traditional 8051 product series. The SC92F854X integrates 32 Kbytes Flash ROM, 2 Kbytes SRAM, 128 bytes EEPROM, up to 22 high-sensitivity isolated capacitor touch circuits, up to 30 GP I/O, up to 15 IO with external interrupts, 3 16 bit timers, up to 12 12 bit high-precision ADCs, 1 analog comparator, up to 4 12 bit PWM, IO driver grading control, 1 16 × 16 bit hardware multiplier, internal ± 1% high-precision high-frequency 16/8/4/1.33MHz oscillator and ± 4% precision low-frequency 128K oscillator, UART and other communication interfaces. To improve reliability and simplify customer circuits, the SC92F854X also integrates high reliability circuits such as 4-level optional voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, and low-power WDT internally. SC92F854X has excellent anti-interference performance and is very suitable for industrial control and consumer applications such as various IoT controls, large and small smart home appliances and smart homes, chargers, power supplies, model aircraft, walkie talkies, wireless communication, game consoles, etc.

Built in low-frequency 128kHz LRC oscillator:
Can serve as a clock source for Base Timer and WDT, and wake up STOP
Frequency error: Across (4.0V~5.5V) and (-20~85 ℃) application cycles
After register correction, the frequency error does not exceed ± 4 percent
