SN74HC245DW Overview There is a neat 20-SOIC (0.295, 7.50mm Width) package used in buffer. A Tube external packaging is used for this buffer. The external packaging used in this logic IC is the Surface Mount external packaging. This is a typical Transceiver, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit with a wide range of applications. There's a 2V~6V supply voltage for this logic IC. This automotive buffer is capable of working through -40°C~85°C TA. There are 3-State outputs that digital buffer can handle. 74HC series devices are included in this network transceiver. 20 terminations with different functions are available on this transceiver. An input voltage of 5V is required. HC/UH family part. With the electrical part, 20 pins are set. Surface Mount applications are suitable for it. There are 20 pins on digital buffer.
