Product Overview
This LED driver IC features an enhanced 14-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package for driving common LEDs.The receiver is packaged in a Tube package.As a Driver can transceiver, this part has enabled many applications to be served.This wide receiver can be placed on any Through Hole-type PCB or development board.This differential driver uses 4.75V~5.25V for power supply.There can be up to 2/0 eligible receivers/drivers on the field at the same time with this electronic part.IC receiver has been designed primarily for applications operating at 0°C~70°C.With a supply voltage range of 5V, this line driver ic operates efficiently.14 terminations are integrated into this wide receiver for driving and receiving signals from data.It is packaged with 14 pinouts that are market standard for this particular transceiver.The base part number SN75183 identifies the product type, temperature, package, etc., so you can search for more variants by using it.A 14-pin driver IC with enhanced power dissipation control is featured here.Through optical transceiver downsizing and high-density Through Hole mounting technologies, its package size is reduced dramatically.An input voltage supply of 5V is required to operate the transceiver module.The driver IC in this product is designed so that it can be powered by 5V.The integrator circuit is embedded with 2 drivers.It is possible for this can transceiver to have mal-functions when its input current reaches or exceeds 36mA.A power-saving technique is used in this integrating circuit, whintegrating circuith belongs to the 75000 series.In this case, the output current of the bluetooth transceiver is -40mA.
