This family of SMT LEDs ispackaged in the industry standardPLCC-2 package . These SMTLEDs have high reliabilityperformance and are designed towork under a wide range ofenvironmental conditions . Thishigh reliability feature makesthem ideally suited to be usedunder harsh interior automotiveas well as interior signsapplication conditions .
To facilitate easy pick & placeassembly, the LEDs are packed inEIA-compliant tape and reel .Every reel will be shipped insingle intensity and color bin,except red color, to provide closeuniformity .
These LEDs are compatible withIR solder reflow process . Due tothe high reliability feature ofthese products, they can also bemounted using through-the-wavesoldering process .
The super wide viewing angle at120˚ makes these LEDs ideallysuited for panel, push button, orgeneral backlighting inautomotive interior, officeequipment, industrial equipment,and home appliances . The flat topemitting surface makes it easy forthese LEDs to mate with lightpipes .With the built-in reflectorpushing up the intensity of thelight output, these LEDs are alsosuitable to be used as LED pixelsin interior electronic signs .
