SC93F8433/8432/8431 (hereinafter referred to as SC93F843X) is an enhanced ultra fast 1T 32-bit bus 8051 core industrial grade integrated touch button function Flash microcontroller. The instruction system is fully compatible with the traditional 8051 product series and is about twice as fast as other 1T 8051 core MCUs at the same operating frequency.

SC93F843X not only has 23 built-in high-sensitivity isolated capacitor touch circuits, but also integrates 16 KB Flash ROM、256B+1KB SRAM 、 128B EEPROM、 Up to 26 GP I/Os, 13 IOs with external interrupts, 3 16 bit timers, 12 channels of 12 bit high-precision ADC, 3 independent 8+2 bit PWM with switchable to 6 output pins, internal 1% high-precision high-frequency 12/6/2MHz oscillator and 4% precision low-frequency 128K oscillator, external crystal oscillator, and one independent UART, one UART/SPI/TWI three choice one communication port SSI, and other communication interface resources. To improve reliability and simplify customer circuits, SC93F843X also integrates four levels of optional voltage LVR, 2.4V reference ADC voltage, independent 2kHz low-power WDT and other high reliability circuits internally. SC93F843X has excellent anti-interference performance and excellent touch button performance, making it very suitable for touch buttons and main control applications in various usage scenarios, such as large and small smart appliances and smart homes, the Internet of Things, wireless communication, game consoles and other industrial control and consumer application fields.
