This product uses high-performance ARM ® Cortex ®- M0 is a 32-bit microcontroller with a maximum operating frequency of 96MHz, built-in high-speed memory, rich I/O ports, and peripherals connected to external buses. This product includes up to 1 12 bit ADC, 1 DAC, 2 comparators, 1 16 bit universal timer, 1 32-bit universal timer, 4 16 bit basic timers, 1 16 bit advanced timer, and 1 low-power timer RTC。 It also includes standard communication interfaces: 2 I2C interfaces, 2 SPI interfaces, 2 I2S interfaces, 4 UART interfaces, 1 low-power UART interface, 1 USB interface, and 1 CAN interface.
The working voltage of this product series is 2.0V to 5.5V, and the working temperature range (ambient temperature) includes industrial type with -40 ℃~+85 ℃ and extended industrial type with -40 ℃~+105 ℃ (suffix V). Built in multiple power-saving modes ensure the requirements of low-power applications.

- 4 basic 16 bit timers with 1 input capture/output comparison and 1 set of complementary outputs, dead zone generation, emergency stop, modulator gate circuit for IR control
- 1 low-power timer (LPTIMER) that can wake up the CPU in all modes except STANDBY mode
- 2 watchdog timers (independent IWDG and windowed WWDG)
- 1 Systick timer: 24 bit self decreasing counter
