GP2Y0A02YK0F is a distance measurement sensor module from Sharp. It consists of three parts: PSD (position sensitive detector), IRED (infrared emitting diode), and signal processing circuit. Due to the use of triangulation method, the material, ambient temperature, and measurement time of the measured object will not affect the measurement accuracy of the sensor. The output voltage value of the sensor corresponds to the detected distance.
