This module is a speed regulating fan module designed based on the principle of high-frequency switching power supply. Essentially, it controls the fan speed by adjusting the output voltage.

Generally, US8 fans are powered directly by a 5V fan motor, so the fan speed is fixed, which can be inconvenient to use. However, the two speed fan has an internal boost circuit. When turned to second gear, the boost circuit increases the 5V voltage of US8 before connecting to the motor. As the speed increases, the air volume also increases,

Fan speed regulation principle:

The USB fan with non adjustable air supply is a 5-volt direct supply fan motor, while the fan with two gears has an internal boost circuit board. When placed in second gear, the boost board increases the 5V of the USB 8 before connecting to the motor, resulting in a larger air volume!

The output voltage range of this continuously variable speed controller smoothly changes between 2.5 volts and 7.5 volts, and the air volume can be set arbitrarily!

And the scope is wider! Turning the knob clockwise can increase the air volume, while turning it counterclockwise can decrease the air volume, and the knob has a switch function!
