The MP8736 is a fully integrated high frequencysynchronous rectified step-down switch modeconverter .This device integrates a 12mΩlowside FET and a 30mΩhigh-side FET in amonolithic die .The MP8736 operates with high efficiency over a wide output current load range .

Constant-On-Time  (COT)  control  mode provides fast transient response and eases loopst abilization .The MP8736 has a programmable frequency pin to optimize system performance .

Full protection features include SCP,OCP,OVP,UVP and thermal shut down .

The MP8736 requires a minimum number of readily available standard external components and is available in a space saving QFN20(3x4mm)package .​
