Product Overview
The reference voltage makes use of a handy TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package.The reference voltage is used as a voltage reference and it's based on Shunt control.The reference voltage is enclosed in the Cut Tape (CT) external packaging.3 terminations with various functions.±3% tolerance for precise voltage reference.TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE analog IC is coupled with the reference voltage.It outputs 2.5V voltage according to the test statistics.It is sufficient to generate 1 outputs. It can handle Fixed output (s).The voltage reference ic includes 3 pins.Reflow soldering should be performed at a temperature of 260.3 pins are settled in the voltage reference ic.Surface Mount is available for demanding PCB design.Qualified to work within 0°C~70°C TA.Other relevant parts can be found by searching "LM385".It is appropriate for Surface Mount applications.You cannot expect output current higher greater than 20mA from the reference voltage.There are 1 channels for high-quality communication.As per the datasheet, the voltage reference ic can output 2.5V voltage at its maximum.Generally, 15μA is what its cathode current should be.Since the max input voltage of the part is 2.5V, users ought to confine the voltage correspondingly.Does the voltage reference ic contain Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)? The answer is No SVHC.This voltage reference can output a voltage of 2.5V regardless of variations in external conditions.
