Product Description
The TPS27S100BRRKR is a high-side power distribution switch , designed to provide reliable and efficient power management in various applications. This 16-pin, 16-WFQFN exposed pad package is a surface-mountable device that operates within a temperature range of -40°C to 125°C.
Product Features
High-side power distribution switch with a single output
Shutdown feature for power saving
Built-in protections against over load, over temperature, short circuit, and under voltage
Fault protection against overload, over temperature, short circuit, and UVLO
Operating voltage range of 4V to 40V
Turn-on and turn-off times of 80 μs and 50 μs, respectively
Nickel/palladium/gold (Ni/Pd/Au) terminal finish for improved reliability
ROHS3 compliant and Pb-free
