The BMF055 is a System in Package (SiP), integrating a triaxial 14-bit accelerometer, atriaxial 16-bit gyroscope with a range of +2000 degrees per second, a triaxial geomagneticsensor and a 32-bit cortex MO+ microcontroller in a single package.

The corresponding chip-sets are integrated into one single 28-pin LGA 3.8mm x 5.2mm x1.1 mm housing.
