Product Description
| Product Description The RM9003A is a single-channel LED constant current driver control chip that can directly drive high-voltage LED strings. The output current is set from 5mA to 100mA via an external resistor and remains constant at the set value. The chip system has a simple structure, requiring very few external components and a simple circuit. Features • Simple external circuitry, no magnetic components needed • Multi-chip series or parallel applications • Chip compatible with LED PCBs • LED current can be shared with external settings • No EMI issues in the chip's application circuitry • Built-in 500V high-voltage MOS • Over-temperature regulation capability (over-temperature point 110 degrees Celsius) • Available in ESOP8, TO252, and SOT89-3 packages Applications • LED fluorescent tubes (T5/T8/T10) • LED filament lamps/bulbs/candles • Other low-power LED light sources |
