PDM80 can carry PCB boards with a width of 80mm and a thickness of <=2mm. The PCB length is 2mm longer than the shell length, and 1mm is extended on both sides to fit into the slot of the side cover. It can be installed on the DIN rail and the panel at the same time, making installation more convenient. The design height is lower than that of ordinary shells, making installation more secure, and the appearance of the control module is smaller and more delicate. The buckle has an automatic rebound function, which is not easy to break under low temperature conditions, making the installation more reliable. | Q: Why do you ask us to take the length of the circuit board and not the length of the bottom plate and bottom shell? |
| A: The positions of the left and right baffle mold grooves of each manufacturer are different. Some manufacturers have no position for the baffles on both sides, while some take 2MM, 4MM, 5MM, etc., which will cause the length of the bottom shell to be different during cutting. Therefore, we prevent the cutting friends from providing the length of the circuit board, so that the bottom shell and the circuit board can be perfectly matched. |

Q: The length of the bottom plate of the bottom shell is 2MM shorter than the circuit board. Why is the price calculated according to the length of the circuit board? |
| A: Because all sizes of bottom plates are not in stock in our store, the stock is 1 meter and is sold by 1 meter. In order to save your trouble in cutting, we specially process and cut them for free. When cutting, the bottom plate will lose several MM when cut by a knife, and there will be a lot of waste left. Our store does not calculate the labor cost, wear and tear, and waste. It seems that you have lost 2MM, but in fact, you have already made a profit. |
| Q: Friends who ordered the wrong size like to ask: "We ordered the length we ordered, and the length we have to ship is the same. Why is the bottom plate shortened by 2MM, and we didn't ask for it to be shortened? |
| A: Because you didn't follow our cutting rules. Our cutting rules are: the length of the circuit board you designed is the same as the length you ordered. When cutting, our store automatically cuts the bottom plate 2MM shorter than the circuit board. So please carefully confirm whether it is the length of the circuit board before ordering the product. If it is the length of the bottom shell, you will not be able to exchange it. In addition, the original device is on the edge of the circuit board where the baffles on both sides are installed. That is, the width of the circuit board on both sides does not reserve 2MM of space. Friends, please contact customer service for how to cut.
