The NY3PxxxJ series products are single-chip CMOS speech synthesis ICs designed to support NY3A, The OTP IC (One Time Programmable) with embedded EPROM architecture specially developed for the NY3B, NY3C, and NY3D series MaskROM products has 7 parent bodies, namely NY3P005J, NY3P010J, NY3P016J, NY3P035J, NY3P065J, NY3P087J, and NY3P115J. There are up to 5 I/O pins (NY3P005J&NY3P010J only have 3 I/O pins), which utilize precise internal resistance oscillation (+/-0.5%), so there is no need to add oscillation resistors, only one set of PWM output, so there is no need to add any additional parts. Speech synthesis method and NY3A, The MaskROM products of NY3B, NY3C, and NY3D series are the same. By changing the code data during OTP burning, different voice data can be written into the EPROM by oneself. Users can use simple Q-Speech and Quick IO tool software to quickly develop, and then use Q-Writer software combined with OTP_Writer hardware for very fast OTP burning.
