Product Use

Instructions:

Battery charging usage method:

a. Determine the float charging voltage and charging current of the rechargeable battery you need, as well as the input voltage of the block；

b. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to around 5V；

c. Measure the output short-circuit current with a multimeter in 10A current mode, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to achieve the predetermined charging current value;

d. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to make the output voltage reach the float charging voltage;

e. Connect the battery and try charging.

(Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 are to connect the module input to the power supply and the output to no load without connecting the battery.)

Usage of LED constant current driver:

a. Determine the operating current and maximum operating voltage required to drive the LED;

b. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to adjust the output voltage to around 5V.

c. Measure the output short-circuit current with a multimeter in 10A current mode, and adjust the constant current potentiometer to achieve the predetermined LED operating current;

d. Adjust the constant voltage potentiometer to achieve the maximum working voltage of the LED output voltage：

Connect the LED and test the machine.

(Steps 1, 2, 3, and 4 are to connect the module input to the power supply and output without connecting the LED light when unloaded.)
