Product Introduction

This device is a single-chip integrated high-voltage, high current four channel driver designed to accept standard DTL or TTL logic levels and drive inductive loads (such as relay solenoids). To simplify the use of DC as two bridges, each pair of channels is equipped with an enable input. It provides independent power input for the logic circuit, allows operation at lower voltages, and includes internal clamp diodes. The device is suitable for switch applications with frequencies up to 5 kHz.

Product Function

Be careful:

1. The DC motor interface and the stepper motor interface are interconnected, and can only be connected to one end of the DC motor interface or to a 4-wire stepper motor during use;

2. When controlling a DC motor, EN1 and EN2 can be connected to PWM speed regulation

When driving a 5V motor, short circuiting VIN-VCC will cause the logic voltage to conduct with the motor voltage.
