Product Descriptions

The E108-GN series is a high-performance, highly integrated, low-power, and low-cost multi-mode satellite positioning and navigation module that supports BDS/GPS/GLONASS. It has a small size and low power consumption, and can be used in GNSS positioning applications such as car navigation, smart wearables, and drones. It also provides software and hardware interfaces compatible with other module manufacturers, greatly reducing the development cycle for users.

This module adopts an integrated RF baseband design, integrating DC/DC, LDO, RF front-end, low-power application processor, RAM, Flash storage, RTC, and power management. It supports crystal oscillator or external pin clock input and can be powered to RTC and backup RAM through button batteries or Farad capacitors to reduce the first positioning time. It also supports multiple ways to connect with other peripherals, including UART and GPIO interfaces. If you need I2C and SPI interfaces, please contact customer service for customization.

• D-GNSS differential positioning, A-GNSS assisted positioning, ephemeris prediction, DR integrated navigation application, with a fastest data update rate of 10Hz;

• 32-bit application processor, with a maximum frequency of 133MHz, supporting dynamic frequency adjustment;

• Support PPS output;

• Built in reset controller;

• Supports UART and GPIO interfaces;

• RTC: Supports 32.768KHz ± 20ppm crystal oscillator, 1.1VRTC clock output, supports external signal wake-up;

• Output format: Supports NMEA0183V4.1 and earlier versions, with a maximum fixed update frequency of up to 10Hz;

• High sensitivity: capture cold start -149dBm, hot start -162dBm, tracking -166dBm;

• Software and hardware compatibility with other manufacturers significantly reduces the development cycle for users;
