LM4040B41IDBZR Overview
TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 is used to simplify the process.Based on the Shunt control, this part serves as a voltage reference.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 3.The voltage reference should have ±0.2% tolerance.IC TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 4.096V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 3 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.LM4040 can be used to find other relevant parts.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.It has a maximum output voltage of 4.096V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 88μA.4.096V voltage lower than 4.096V can be output by the voltage reference ic.0 volts is the required supply voltage.SVHC (Substances of Very High Concern) are present in this voltage reference circuit?It can output a voltage of 4.096V regardless of external conditions.
