Product Overview
SC-74A, SOT-753 is used to simplify the process.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Shunt control.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 5.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 5 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 5 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.LM3411 can be used to find other relevant parts.There are Surface Mount applications that can be used with the reference voltage.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 15mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 5V.The cathode current of a voltage reference ic should be 150μA.Since the part's max input voltage is 20V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 85μA.
