8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) is used to simplify the process.This part is used as a voltage reference and has a Series control.A Tape & Reel (TR) external package encloses the voltage reference ic.Different functions are terminated with 8.The voltage reference should have ±1% tolerance.IC THREE TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE is coupled with the reference voltage.Test statistics determine the output voltage 5V.Having 1 outputs is sufficient.Users can enter input using the Fixed form.The voltage reference ic has 8 pins.During reflow soldering, the temperature shouldn't rise above 260.A voltage reference ic with 8 pins is settled.For PCB designs with high demands, Surface Mount is available.Working within the range of -40°C~85°C TA.REF02 can be used to find other relevant parts.The voltage reference ic cannot provide output current greater than 8mA.Communications with high quality are limited to 1 channels.It has a maximum output voltage of 5V.Since the part's max input voltage is 40V, users should limit the voltage accordingly.0 volts is the required supply voltage.There is a minimum voltage requirement of 7V.During idle time, the voltage reference circuit uses 1.6mA.Current supply is 1.4mA.The purpose will be better fulfilled if it has OUTPUT VOLTAGE ADJUSTABLE 3 PERCENT.
