Product Overview
An easy-to-use TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 package is used.Uses the handy Shunt package.This program uses the handy Cut Tape (CT) package.Various terminations with 3.For precise voltage reference, use ±2% tolerance.There is an analog IC coupled to the reference voltage TWO TERMINAL VOLTAGE REFERENCE.As a result, it outputs 1.225V voltage.1 outputs are sufficient.Input can be entered into Fixed forms.The voltage reference ic has 3 pins.The reflow soldering temperature should not exceed 260.In the voltage reference ic, there are 3 pins.The PCB design can be made more demanding by using Surface Mount.Worked within -40°C~85°C TA.You can find other relevant parts by searching "LM4041".Surface Mount applications are compatible with the voltage reference.A voltage reference ic's output current cannot exceed 12mA.1.225V is its maximum output voltage.A cathode current of 65μA is generally considered to be correct.Due to the fact that the maximum input voltage of the part is 1.2V, users are recommended to limit the voltage accordingly.The voltage reference ic contains Substances of Very High Concern (SVHC)?Voltage reference that outputs 1.225V regardless of external conditions.
