Product Details
| Product Overview DIO6913 is a high-efficiency, high-frequency synchronous step-down DC-DC regulated integrated circuit capable of delivering up to 3A of output current. The DIO6913 series operates over a wide input voltage range of 4.5V to 24V and integrates a main and synchronous switch with very low on-resistance RDS(ON) to minimize conduction losses. A constant on-time (COT) architecture with quasi-fixed switching frequency operation provides fast transient response and simplifies loop-stabilization design. Protection features include overcurrent protection and thermal shutdown. DIO6913 requires only a very small number of common standard external components in a space-saving TSOT23-6 package. Product characteristics The internal switch (up/down) has a low RDS(ON) of 80mΩ/40mΩ, respectively, and can deliver 3.0A with an input voltage range of 4.5 - 24V Efficient synchronization mode Internal soft-start feature limits inrush current Overcurrent protection Thermal shutdown Available in a TSOT23-6 package Applications: Portable navigation device Set-top box Portable TV, LCD TV |
