The MURS220T3G is a high-voltage ultra-fast recovery power diode designed for high-frequency and high-reliability applications. This diode features a free-wheeling diode configuration, making it suitable for high-voltage and high-current applications. With a breakdown voltage of 200V and a maximum forward voltage of 950mV, this diode is capable of handling high currents up to 2A.
