The USB5807-I/KD is a high-performance USB 3.1 hub controller, designed to provide a reliable and efficient interface for connecting multiple devices to a single host. This 100-VFQFN exposed pad package is RoHS3 compliant and features a matte tin (Sn) - annealed terminal finish.

Features:

High-speed data transfer rate of up to 625 MBps
Supports USB 3.1 protocol with a nominal external clock frequency of 25 MHz
Operates within an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 85°C
Compatible with SPI interface
7-port hub controller with 100 terminations
Supply voltage range of 1.2V to 3.3V
Surface mountable with a terminal pitch of 0.4mm
