3D printer motherboard high-power hot bed module MOS tube expansion high current load accessories
3D printer motherboard high-power hot bed module
Product Parameters
Product Name: High Power Hot Bed Module
Input voltage 12V-24V
Maximum output current 25A (enhanced heat dissipation)
Color Black
Product Functions
The module is a high-power hot bed module that protects the heating control board and prevents high current from burning out the main board's hot bed MOS tubes. It supports up to 25A current output
Hot bed power expansion module, capable of connecting to high-power hot beds, capable of withstanding high power while reducing severe heating
If using a heating bed or a 3D printer with a 12V power supply, it is recommended to use this module, otherwise it may cause excessive current and burn out the connectors on the controller board
Universal heating bed power expansion module for 3D printers, high-power module
Can be used for Chitu motherboards and other open 3D printer motherboards
Assist in making the 3D printer equipped with a controller board (not exceeding 15A) more stable
Using this additional module, the high current of the leads on the board can reach 25A

DCIN:+ Connect the positive pole of the power supply- Connect the negative pole of the power supply (supports+12V or+24V power supply, it is recommended to use+24V power supply):
HOTBED: Hot bed wire (without positive or negative distinction):
White 2P terminal: connected to the hot bed control port on the main control board (no positive or negative distinction)
Phenomenon:
When there is no signal input, the red light on the module is high and the blue light is not high
When there is a signal input, both the blue and red LED lights on the module are raised

Pay attention to the polarity of the wiring;
If the total power usage is 240W and there is a 12V power supply, it means that at least 20A (20X12=240W) is required. As the controller board is set to 15A, this setting will not work. To make it work, this additional power module is needed
This module can be used for Chitu motherboards and other opened 3D printer motherboards
Under normal heat dissipation conditions, the module can operate stably at I (Max)=25A,
The current during operation shall not exceed 25A
