The AOZ5166QI-01  is  a  high  efficiency  synchronousbuck power stage module consisting of two asymmetricalMOSFETs and an integrated driver. The MOSFETs areindividually optimized for operation in the synchronousbuck  configuration . The  High-Side  (HS)  MOSFET  haslow capacitance and gate charge for fast switching withlow duty cycle operation . The Low-Side (LS) MOSFEThas ultra low R_DS(ON) to minimize conduction losses .

The AOZ5166QI-01 is intended for use with 3V (CMOS)and Tri-state input compatibility by using both the PWMand  DISB#  inputs  for  accurate  control  of  the  powerMOSFET’s switching activities .

A   number   of   features   are   provided   making   theAOZ5166QI-01  a  highly  versatile  power  module .  Theboot  supply  diode  is  integrated  in  the  driver. The  LSMOSFET can be driven into diode emulation  mode toprovide  asynchronous  operation  when  required .  Thepinout  is  optimized  for  low  parasitics,  keeping  theireffects to the minimum .
