This IC is part of the TPS7A9001 family and is available in a 10-WFDFN exposed pad package. Features: Adjustable output voltage with a minimum of 0.8V and a maximum of 6.5V Low dropout voltage of 0.075V at 1A High PSRR of 50dB at 100kHz Soft start and power good features for improved system reliability Over temperature and under voltage lockout (UVLO) protection Quiescent current of 4mA Operating temperature range of -40°C to 125°C Applications: Primary applications include point-of-load regulation in industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics Secondary applications include power supplies, battery-powered devices, and medical equipment |
