The AP2401 and AP2411 are single channel current-limitedintegrated high-side power switches optimized for Universal SerialBus (USB)and other hot-swap applications .The family of devicescomplies with USB standards and is available with both polarities ofenable input .

The devices have fast short-circuit response time for improved overallsystem robustness,and have integrated output discharge function toensure completely controlled discharging of the output voltagecapacitor .They provide a complete protection solution for applicationssubject to heavy capacitive loads and the prospect of short circuit,and offer reverse current blocking,over-current,over-temperatureand short-circuit protection, as well as controlled rise time andunder-voltage lockout functionality .A 7ms deglitch capability on theopen-drain Flag output prevents false over-current reporting and doesnot require any external components .AP2401 and AP2411 will belatched off after 7ms deglitch .

All devices are available in SO-8, MSOP-8, MSOP-8EP,U-DFN3030-8 and U-DFN2020-6 packages .
