Product Overview
It is packaged using the Tube method since it is a clock IC. Embedded in the 20-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package is this Clock PLL. Frequency generator is capable of operating at a maximum temperature of 240 when reflowing. It contains a total of 20 terminations within RF synthesizer. This clock generator ic should receive a voltage of 5V. It is designed that the Clock PLL's input should be CMOS, TTL.
