BF7612CMXX adopts a high-speed 8051 core with 1T instruction cycle, which is faster than the standard 8051 (12T) instruction cycle and compatible with standard 8051 instructions.

BF7612CMXX includes peripherals such as watchdog, button detection, LED serial dot matrix driver IIC、UART、 Low voltage detection, power down reset, 3-channel 16 bit PWM, Timer0, Timer1, Timer2, 12 bit 10 bit precision successive approximation ADC, low-power mode, etc.

The BF7612CMXX integrated capacitor detection channel can be used to detect close range sensing or touch. It has a built-in MCU that can be flexibly configured; Multiple applications such as buttons, scroll wheels, and sliders can be implemented through configuration. The buttons can operate independently, and each button can adjust sensitivity through the corresponding function register.
