Hot-selling and scarce HFA3101BZ RF Mixer IC 0Hz ~ 10GHz 8-SOIC spot stock
HFA3101BZ RF Mixer IC 0Hz ~ 10GHz 8-SOIC spot stock
Product Descriptions
The HFA3101 is an all NPN transistor array configured as aMultiplier Cell . Based on Intersil’s bonded wafer UHF-1 SOIprocess, this array achieves very high fT(10GHz)whilemaintaining excellent hFE and V BE matching characteristicsthat have been maximized through careful attention to circuitdesign and layout, making this product ideal forcommunication circuits . For use in mixer applications, thecell provides high gain and good cancellation of 2nd orderdistortion terms .
