Product Overview
ICE3RBR0665JZ (ICE3RBRxx65JZ series) is an improvement based on the ICE3BRxx65J in a DIP-7 package. It is designed to be more reliable and can operate in -40°C environments. Its outstanding performance includes BiCMOS technology, active burst mode, built-in frequency jitter, soft gate drive, propagation delay compensation, built-in soft-start time, built-in blanking time, and scalable blanking time for overload protection, external auto-restart enable, and more.

Active burst mode for lowest standby power consumption
Fast load mutation response in active burst mode
65kHz internal fixed switching frequency
Automatic restart protection mode for overload, open loop, VCC undervoltage, over-temperature and over-voltage
Built-in soft start
Built-in blanking window, the blanking time can be extended in a short period of time and high current
External auto-restart enable pin
Maximum duty cycle 75%
Overall tolerance for current limiting<±5%
Internal PWM frontier blanking
BiCMOS technology provides a wide VCC range

Built-in frequency jitter and soft drive to reduce EMI
