The CSD95490Q5MC is a NexFET? full-bridge driver IC designed for synchronous buck converters. This highly efficient and reliable IC is built with a pulse-width modulation (PWM) control technique and features a bootstrap circuit for enhanced performance. With a maximum input voltage of 16V and a minimum input voltage of 4.5V, this IC is suitable for a wide range of applications.
