With its high efficiency and low quiescent current, the SG1525AJ is an excellent choice for power management solutions. Features: Dual-output, push-pull topology for high efficiency and low noise Operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C Input voltage range of 8V to 35V Output current of 0.5A per output Synchronous rectifier for improved efficiency Pulse width modulation (PWM) control technique with voltage-mode control Enable, frequency control, and soft start control features Low quiescent current of 14mA Lead-free package with tin/lead (Sn/Pb) finish Applications: Power supplies for industrial and automotive applications Point-of-load (POL) regulators for high-current applications Power management solutions for consumer electronics Power conversion and inversion in renewable energy systems |
