Product Descriptions
The SFH618A (DIP) and SFH6186 (SMD) feature a highcurrent transfer ratio, low coupling capacitance and highisolation voltage . These couplers have a GaAs infrareddiode emitter, which is optically coupled to silicon planarphototransistor detector, and is incorporated in a plasticDIP-4 or SMD package .
The coupling devices are designed for signal transmissionbetween two electrically separated circuits.The couplers areend-stackable with 2.54 mm lead spacing . Creepage andclearance distances of > 8 mm achieved with option 6.
