The   LMH664X  family  true  single  supply  voltagefeedback amplifiers offer high speed (130MHz), lowdistortion  (−62dBc),  and  exceptionally  high  outputcurrent  (approximately  75mA)  at  low  cost  and withreduced power consumption when compared againstexisting devices with similar performance .

Input common mode voltage range extends to 0.5Vbelow  V ⁻and  1V  from  V⁺.  Output  voltage  rangeextends to within 40mV of either supply rail, allowingwide   dynamic   range   especially   desirable   in   lowvoltage applications . The output stage is capable ofapproximately  75mA  in  order to  drive  heavy  loads .Fast output Slew Rate (130V/µs) ensures large peakto-peak  output  swings  can  be  maintained  even  athigher  speeds,  resulting  in  exceptional  full  powerbandwidth   of  40MHz   with   a   3V   supply .   Thesecharacteristics, along with low cost, are ideal featuresfor    a    multitude    of    industrial    and    commercialapplications .

Careful  attention  has  been  paid  to  ensure  devicestability under all operating voltages and modes . Theresult  is  a  very  well  behaved  frequency  responsecharacteristic  (0 .1dB  gain  flatness  up  the  12MHzunder 150Ωload and A_V  = +2) with minimal peaking(typically  2dB  maximum)  for  any  gain  setting  andunder both heavy and light loads . This along with fastsettling  time  (68ns)  and  low  distortion  allows  thedevice  to  operate  well  in  ADC  buffer,  and  highfrequency   filter   applications   as   well   as   otherapplications .

This  device  family  offers  professional  quality  videoperformance  with  low  DG  (0 .01%)  and  DP  (0 .01°)characteristics .   Differential   Gain   and   DifferentialPhase characteristics are also well maintained underheavy   loads   (150Ω)   and   throughout   the   outputvoltage  range .  The  LMH664X  family  is  offered  insingle   (LMH6642),   dual   (LMH6643),   and   quad(LMH6644) options .
