Features • Small Compact Surface Mountable Package with J−Bend Leads • Rectangular Package for Automated Handling • High Temperature Glass Passivated Junction • Low Forward Voltage Drop (0.71 to 1.05 Volts Max @ 3.0 A, TJ = 150°C) • SURS8 Prefix for Automotive and Other Applications Requiring Unique Site and Control Change Requirements; AEC−Q101 Qualified and PPAP Capable* • These Devices are Pb−Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free and are RoHS Compliant |
