Product Descriptions

SD690XS is a control chip specifically designed for non isolated LED drivers, with a floating Buck architecture for peripheral applications and a built-in 600V high-voltage power MOSFET. In this architecture, the chip samples the inductor current into the interior and uses an internal error amplifier to form a closed-loop feedback network, thereby achieving high constant current accuracy and high input/output adjustment rate. At the same time, the chip comes with PFC control, which automatically achieves high PF values across the entire voltage range. The critical conduction mode of the chip reduces switching losses and improves system conversion efficiency.

The SD690XS integrates various protection functions internally, including output open circuit protection, output short circuit protection, cycle by cycle overcurrent protection, over temperature protection, VCC overvoltage protection, etc.

The SD690XS has ultra-low starting and operating currents, and can efficiently drive high brightness LEDs within the full voltage input range (85VAC~265VAC).
