Product Descriptions

SD6601S is a high-precision, low-cost primary feedback LED constant current driver chip used in flyback isolated LED lighting.

The chip operates in inductor current intermittent mode, suitable for input voltage of 90Vac~265Vac and output power of 1-3W; 176Vac~265Vac input voltage, 3~5W output power.

SD6601S adopts a unique constant current control method, with a current accuracy of within ± 3%, and can set the output current through the peak current sampling resistor. The chip integrates a 650V power MOS switch and adopts a primary feedback control mode, without the need for loop compensation or optocouplers TL431、 The auxiliary winding and other components of the transformer save system costs and volume.

Integrated LED open/short circuit protection inside the chip; Primary overcurrent protection, overvoltage protection, over temperature protection, etc. are used to improve the reliability of the system.

SD6601S is packaged in SOP-7-255-1.27.
