Product Descriptions
There is a neat 48-TFSOP (0.240, 6.10mm Width) package used in buffer. A Cut Tape (CT) external packaging is used for this buffer. The external packaging used in this logic IC is the Surface Mount external packaging. This is a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit with a wide range of applications. There's a 1.65V~3.6V supply voltage for this logic IC.
This automotive buffer is capable of working through -40°C~125°C TA. This buffer IC has a 24mA 24mA high and low logic state output current. There are 3-State outputs that digital buffer can handle. A total of 4 elements are used. 74LVCH series devices are included in this network transceiver. 48 terminations with different functions are available on this transceiver. An input voltage of 1.8V is required. LVC/LCX/Z family part. With the electrical part, 48 pins are set. Surface Mount applications are suitable for it.
