SN74LVC244APW Overview Using a 20-TSSOP (0.173, 4.40mm Width) package makes it very easy to use. As you can see, this voltage buffer is packaged externally in the Tube package. In addition to this, this digital buffer can also be mounted on the Surface Mount mount. In this case, we have a typical Buffer, Non-Inverting logic integrated circuit that has a wide range of applications. There is a 1.65V~3.6V supply voltage applied to this network transceiver during the manufacturing process. The logical driver is qualified for operation at -40°C~125°C TA. In total, bus transceiver can handle 3-State outputs. Network transceivers in the 74LVC series include this one. There are 20 terminations on this ethernet transceiver, all of which perform different functions. 1.8V is required for its operation. This logical driver is a member of the LVC/LCX/Z family.
